Booking/Cancellation Policies

A 50% non- refundable deposit is required to secure any date(s). Full payment is expected 90 days prior to your trip.CANCELLATIONS: We understand that situations may arise that can cause a conflict with an existing booking. Please make every effort to give us as much advance notice as possible if your plans change. Reservations that are cancelled inside the 30 day window will still require the full amount due for the trip(s) that are scheduled. 50% of this total can be applied towards a future trip IF there was a previous arrangement made between 180° Trout Chile and the booking party.

We cannot make exceptions to this policy for any reason including personal emergencies, flight cancellations/changes, unexpected weather, natural disasters or terrorism. 180° Trout Chile also reserves the right to cancel any trip using our discretion if the safety of our travelers or staff should be compromised. In the event of cancellation, 180° Trout Chile is not responsible for any loss incurred for non-refundable travel costs. In this case, refund of payments received by  180° Trout Chile will constitute full and final settlement. We always recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your travel investment.

* In case a future trip credit applies, reservations must be made within one calendar year of the original date of departure or funds are forfeit. Refunds will not be issued after a future trip credit has been chosen.

** Destination trips run in conjunction with third parties do not apply.

*** All major Credit Cards are accepted except for American Express.
